Alumnus Edward Kramer receives "Defense of Civil Liberties" award

E

dward Kramer (J.D. ’75) will be honored by the American Association for Justice for American Trial Lawyers Association with the Leonard Weinglass "Defense of Civil Liberties" award. The award “is intended to honor outstanding lawyers who actively demonstrate a commitment to defending and advancing civil rights for all citizens.”

Kramer is a shareholder of Kramer & Associates, L.P.A., where he works on equal employment law and civil rights cases. He also co-founded and directs The Housing Advocates, Inc., a not-for-profit public interest law firm.
